How much does a Fun Time Ponies hire cost?

From £150, this is to provide up to 5 Fun Time Ponies and staff to supervise riders for a party not exceeding 2 hour.

What age do you recommend for the parties?

We operate with three sizes of pony cycles to cover all ages from children aged 3 years up to adults (up to 18st). We recommend parents stay at the party to assist younger children.

How many children can I invite to the party?

It is entirely up to you, but ideally we recommend 2 children per 1 pony cycle so they are not standing around too long between rides, therefore, for a party with up to 10 Fun Time Ponies, you should invite around 20 children including the party child.

Can I have extra Fun Time Ponies at my party and how many?

Yes, by special arrangements. The maximum number is 12 at the moment, from the following combinations: 6 small ponies, 4 medium and 4 large.

What is the maximum number of Fun Time Ponies I can hire for my party?

The maximum number available for hire is 12. Please call us to discuss your needs.

Do you just hire Fun Time Ponies out on their own?

No, for health and safety reasons, a member of our staff will be in attendance.

What size area is required?

Party/event venue requires a minimum area of 10 meters (approx. 33 feet) by 8 meters (approx. 26 feet). The bigger the better for maximum fun!

Where can I have my Fun Time Ponies event?

Fun Time Ponies can be used anywhere with enough space and hard surface flooring but cannot be used on Grass, Gravel or Sand.

Can I have the party outside?

Yes, you can, but we recommend holding your party in a hall, as good weather cannot be guaranteed. In the event of Wet or Windy weather we may need to cancel due to health and safety reasons. This is why we recommend inside venues to avoid disappointment.

Do you provide a hall?

No, you need to book the hall or venue yourself, but please discuss the sizes with us to ensure there is enough room to make the event as fun packed as possible.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is included in our charge within 30 miles of CM1. Any travelling outside this area will incur extra charged at £1 per mile to the event venue.

What areas do you cover?

We can cover areas in the South East and London.

How long do you need to set up before start of the event?

Fun Time Ponies needs about half an hour prior to the start of the event for set up. Depending on venue we may need to erect small barrier fencing for the safety of users and general public. Extra time will have to be allowed for outdoor events.

How long do you need for packing up after the event ends?

About one hour to pack up and vacate the premises. Extra time will have to be allowed for outdoor events.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a £50 non-refundable booking fee at time of booking via BACS or PayPal.

When is the balance due?

The balance must be paid at least 3 weeks before the party/event to allow sufficient planning. Booking with less than three weeks of the event has to be paid in full.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancellation between booking and 7 days prior to the event, deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation with less than 7 days, 50% of the total booking amount is payable.

Less than 24 hours 100% of the total booking amount is payable.

What if event is affected by adverse weather?

If the event has not commenced a full refund less reasonable expense (limited to £50) will be made. If the event has started no refund will be made.
