Fun Time Ponies provides a unique, exciting and fun entertainment experience at parties which appeals to all ages from 3 years to adult (up to 19st or 120Kg). Riders are unaware that they are exercising because they are having fun. If you have a long flat hard drive or path a very large decked area, then the pony cycles will work well.
If you are booking an indoor party venue a minimum area of 10 meters (approx. 33 feet) by 8 meters (approx. 26 feet) is required, the bigger the better. Fun Time Ponies are suitable for most surfaces except grass, gravel and sand.
We also offer special packages such as Unicorn party, Jungle/Safari party.
Schools and charity
Fun Time Ponies are available to attend your school fundraising event or charity event. There will be no charge to the event organisers as we will charge per ride to your attendees. We will make a donation to the school or charity at the end of the day, after expenses. We are British Red Cross trained first aiders and have been DBS checked.

Because of the versatile nature of Fun Time Ponies we are able to attend and participate in many types of entertainment events. As long as you have a large enough space, with hard surface, we can provide an action packed and fun filled time for all your guests/attendees. You can host your race night with a difference. Take part in actual pony cycle races, racing against family, friends or other attendees. No videos or gambling, just good old fashioned fun.

We operate with three sizes of pony cycles to cover all ages from children aged 3 years up to adults (up to 19st or 120Kg). We recommend parents stay at the party to assist younger children.
It is entirely up to you, but ideally we recommend 2 children per 1 pony cycle so they are not standing around too long between rides, therefore, for a party with up to 10 Fun Time Ponies, you should invite around 20 children including the party child.
Yes, by special arrangements. The maximum number is 23 at the moment, from the following combinations: 8 small ponies, 8 medium and 7 large.
The minimum number available for hire is 8 but you will have to call to discuss.
No, for health and safety reasons, a member of our staff will be in attendance.

Fun Time Ponies can be used anywhere with enough space and hard surface flooring but cannot be used on Grass or Gravel or Sand.
Yes, you can but we recommend holding party in a hall, as good weather cannot be guaranteed. In the event of Wet or Windy weather we may need to cancel due to Health and Safety Policy. This is why we recommend inside venues to avoid disappointment.
No, you need to book the hall or venue yourself, but please discuss the sizes with us to ensure you have enough room to make the event as fun packed as possible by having plenty of space.
Delivery is included in our charge within 30 miles of CM1. Any travelling outside this distance needs to be discuss.
We mainly cover areas in the South East and London. Any request outside this area to be discussed.
Fun Time Ponies needs about one hour prior to the start of the event for set up. Depending on venue, we may need to erect small barrier fencing for the safety of riders and general public.
About one hour to pack up and vacate the premises.
Yes, we require a £50 non-refundable booking fee at time of booking via bank transfer or PayPal.
The balance can be paid at least 3 weeks before the party/event to allow sufficient planning. Booking with less than three weeks of the event has to be paid in full.
Cancellation with less than 7 days, 50% of the total booking is payable. Less than 24 hours 100% of the total booking amount is payable.
If the event has not started a full refund less reasonable expense (limited to £50) will be made. If the event has started no refund will be made.
